Bryce Canyon National Park 01 Jul 08

We drove from Zion to Bryce Canyon, which took ard 2hrs thru the mountainous regions. Bryce is alot less commercialized than Zion, which is good for us since there's less ppl moving ard n we get to c much more w our limited time here. 1st stop is of course the entrance lah, one of our few juan jia fu thanx to a stone pillar infront on the NPS sign.
Navajo trail - we hiked downwards into the canyon, abit slimy cos of the rain earlier on... freaking yucky shoes caught by lotsa soil eeeeeeeee!!! This trail we got to c Two Bridges...

n Thor Hammer...

n Alien invasion??!

We then proceeded to other overlooks, the pic below is taken from Bryce Point. Those pretty spikes are known as hoodoos, derived from the word voodoo. Maybe the hoodoos cast their spell on all who visit, I got mesmerized by them easily... keke

On our drive out of Bryce, we saw many cows along the roads. Apparently this is an open range area for cows to graze, n they r so used to civilisation tt they juz mind their own business n treated us as transparent when we drove by. Thats is, until Kon decided to horn n scare the cow, poor moomoo jumped up n I felt so sorry for the baby moomoo :'(

Bryce is my favorite destination in this entire trip, not commercialized n things r preserved in their natural environment as far as possible. The spell those hoodoos casted on me is still present, wonder if they will last forever leh?
